Lara M.Schwartz is the award-winning director and producer of over 100 music videos, commercials, feature films, short films, documentaries, live broadcasts, and DVD's. She is the former executive producer for all Bad Boy Records music videos and she also started Bad Boy Films for Sean “P.Diddy” Combs. In 1995, Lara began her own production company, 361 Degrees. She has a B.A. from Smith College and taught the course Music Video Production at UCLA Extension.
